Our reforestation projects endeavor to restore biodiversity with particular attention paid to restoring habitats for "keystone" species such as bees, elephants, and wolves, which have a disproportionately large effect on the health of the overall environment.

Bees

Bees support the reproduction of as much as 90 percent of the world's fruits, vegetables, and other crops that humans and other species survive on.

Wolves

Wolves have a "cascade effect" by keeping elk in check, which prevents over-browsing along riverbanks, creating an entire chain of ecological benefits.
